BOOKING CONDITIONS
​
A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required to secure your booking. Balance payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.

In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking we will give you as much notice as possible and refund your deposit in full.
​
In the event of you having to cancel your booking, no deposit refund can be made if you cancel within 48 hours of check in. With more notice we will endeavour to re-let your accommodation. If we are successful, a refund will be made less £10 admin charge.
